​The purpose of Optimal Coaching is to develop resilient, positive and cohesive staff and leadership teams, to promote optimal organizational performance and wellbeing. 


Individual and group coaching assist participants to identify their strengths, values, priorities and preferred future scenarios, and then map the way forward with aligned, achievable goals.


Optimal Coaching uses the 6C Mental Resilience model as a guide for the coaching process. This provides a comprehensive perspective of the past, present and future situations, challenges, opportunities, resources, and aligned goal development.

Emphasis is placed on further developing the personal foundation required by all professionals; a resilient and positive mindset, supportive relationships, empowering self-awareness, and motivating perspectives and goal focus.
